Are you looking for a supportive intro ballet class? This class focuses on all the basics for the youth age group, while putting emphasis on coordination, musicality, strengthening, and technique. Students will also be learning vocabulary and the evolution of the steps for further years progress and connection to other classes. This ballet class aims to
provide basic knowledge of ballet and confidence between the body and it abilities.

Students must have ballet shoes, leotard and tights

This class participates in our Year End show at the Sid Williams Theatre.

Want to explore that feeling of dancing in your room with your headphones on WHILE learning technique? This intro contemporary class is about the very basics of contemporary work including light floorwork. Not only working on technique- the biggest emphasis on this class is the connection between mind and body and where our expression
comes from. Very relevant to their theatrical work, contemporary is the physical extension of it. Come build confidence in your body and ability to express while learning cool steps and a peek into the contemporary world.

In this class, students will learn the fundamentals of improvisational theatre and discover the power of performing without a script. Through classic improv games and friendly competition, learn about trust, teamwork, storytelling, and character work. This is the perfect opportunity for you to explore your creativity and develop your acting skills in a supportive and fun environment. Your instructor will guide you through a series of engaging games and exercises that will help you use your voice and body to build authentic characters. You'll learn valuable techniques for memorising lines and analysing scripts, and you'll get to practise your skills through partnered scene work.

Not only will you develop your acting skills, but you'll also build your confidence in public speaking and creative thinking. At the end of the class, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talents with a professional headshot and two pieces of filmed work that you can be proud of.

Youth Advanced Acting on Camera

Our Advanced Acting for Camera class is ideal for young actors who want to level up their on-screen skills while having fun. Building on what we cover in the intro class students will dive into complex scenes and character creation. Learning advanced techniques tailored for camera work, all in an engaging and supportive environment. This class is perfect for boosting confidence and enjoying the craft of acting.

Each child will leave the class with 4 pieces of filmed work from class.
