Interested in getting your child into ballet but not sure where to start? This class focuses on all the basics while putting emphasis on coordination, rhythm, musicality, and expression. Learning not only the steps, students will also be learning vocabulary and the evolution of the steps for further years progress. Come try out a supportive, fun, and expressive ballet class that highlights individualism and body positivity.

Students must have ballet shoes, leotard and tights

This class participates in our Year End show at the Sid Williams Theatre.

Makena Ram

Let’s groove and have fun with expression while we learn more about our bodies! Focusing on nurturing the relationship of expression between the mind and body, this Junior contemporary class will have students learning the basics of the genre including light floorwork. While highlighting technique and connection to theatrical work, this class aims to acknowledge and build awareness of the body and how we FEEL when we dance.

Students must have black jazz shoes and black bottoms

This class participates in our Year End show at the Sid Williams Theatre.
